Job Description: In the Field Agent phase you will learn, memorize and demonstrate our basic customer service and sales principles for one of our Fortune 500 Clients. The Field Agent is the first line of contact for new and existing customers. Important to the success of this position is having a student mentality and high class customer service skills. When this is established, the Field Agent will then help manage their own field marketing campaign.
Pay: $600-$1000 weekly Based On Performance

Job Description: In the Corporate Trainer phase you will be held accountable for the teaching, training, and development of others. In this position, you manage the accounts in terms of sales, compliance, and training. A Corporate Trainer is responsible for a team on a day to day basis, and we look for them to exemplify a strong work ethic, great attitude, and all around people person.
Pay: $800-$1200 weekly Based On Performance

Job Description: The Area Manager role starts with Brand Management, but the responsibilities expand into keeping track of the sales and compliance throughout the entire territory. The Manager is held accountable for making sure the entire team is performing to our client's standards and continually striving to over-achieve the goal set forth. Every manager is involved in administration, recruiting, interviewing, conference calls and financials. With all Managers starting from entry-level and progressively working their way up through the program.
Pay: $75K + Annually Based On Performance
